These Terms of Service govern your use of the PractiRun website (practirun.com) and the services provided by PractiRun ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, you agree to these terms. Clients who engage PractiRun for services are additionally bound by a formal service contract, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict with these terms.
PractiRun provides website design, development, and practice management software for dental practices. Our services include website builds and an ongoing monthly subscription covering hosting, the management platform, booking system, and support.
Submitting a quote or demo request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Quotes are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a formal service contract.
Where a website build fee applies, payment is structured across three milestones: 40% deposit before work begins, 30% upon design approval, and 30% on launch day. Your monthly subscription includes a 30-day free trial from your launch date — no payment is taken during this period. Monthly fees begin automatically after the trial and are payable by direct debit or bank transfer on the same date each month.
Your website — its design, content, and files — belongs to you. Upon cancellation, we will provide your complete website files so you are free to host them with any provider. The PractiRun management platform, booking system, and admin dashboard are proprietary to PractiRun and will be deactivated upon cancellation.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation terms specific to your agreement, including any conditions applicable to waived fees, are set out in your individual service contract.
If monthly fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your website and booking system until payment is received. We will always attempt to contact you before taking any action.
Our services are provided "as is." While we take every reasonable measure to ensure uptime and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PractiRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The PractiRun platform, management system, booking software, and all associated code, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of PractiRun. Your website content — including your text, images, branding, and design files — belongs to you, as set out in Section 5. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PractiRun's proprietary software or content without written permission.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and infrastructure), and SMS providers. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify active clients directly by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
